The objective of this module is to provide a comprehensive introduction to the terms and definitions of sustainability and social responsibility, providing goals, principles and directions of corporate social responsibility and sustainability, communication directions thus ensuring sustainable and economic growth and development of the company.

Communication about sustainability and social responsibility – Learning Outcomes

By the end of this module, the learners will be able: 

  • To recognize the need for a company’s sustainability and corporate social responsibility policy.
  • To understand the terms of corporate social responsibility and sustainability.
  • To get acquainted with principles and directions of corporate social responsibility and sustainability.
  • To find out sustainable development goals which they can introduce in their companies.
  • To learn about essential aspects of corporate social responsibility and sustainability finding approaches to how they can introduce corporate social responsibility and sustainability in their companies.
  • To recognize ways how sustainability principles can be integrated into three main sustainability perspectives.
  • Directions for communication about sustainability and social responsibility.
