The objective of this module is to provide information and guidance on how to build strong and successful relationships with customers and stakeholders in the context of green marketing.

The module focuses on the importance of relationships with customers and stakeholders for the success of any business or project, and recognises that these groups have specific needs that must be addressed.

Building Customer and Skateholders Relationships – Learning Outcomes

By the end of this module, the learners will be able to:

  • To recognise and differentiate the different types of customers and stakeholders.
  • To know the main aspects that influence the building of good relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • To integrate strategies in green marketing actions to create and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
